IR-01: Case processing in UNE

The internal guidelines (IR) are the overriding governing documents that are intended to ensure high quality and efficient case processing. They set out the key aspects of UNE’s legal obligations and its case processing procedures. UNE’s director general approves all internal guidelines. The internal guidelines are only available in Norwegian.

IR-01 is the overriding governing document for UNE’s case processing. It sets out the important basic principles for case processing. The specific and detailed content of UNE’s legal obligations and case processing procedures are elaborated on in the professional guides (FV) and the procedure descriptions (RB).

Document IR-01 is intended to concisely summarise all of the main elements of the different stages in UNE’s case processing. IR-01 also provides references to the various other governing documents in place for certain stages of case processing and legal issues.
