RB-99: The use of open, online sources in UNE's case processing

Procedure descriptions (RB) provide detailed procedures for practical case processing. They describe the concrete procedures for how UNE considers and decides cases. The procedure descriptions are only available in Norwegian.

UNE uses information from online, open sources in our case processing. RB-99 provides guidance for safe, legal and efficient use of online open sources, including social media, in our case processing and in court cases.

The purpose of UNE's search in such open sources is to provide information related to complainants for use in case processing. The overall goal is to make the right decisions in line with the regulation in immigration- and citizenship cases.
