FV-05 describes UNE’s obligations in cases in which information emerges that suggests that the appellant may be a victim of human trafficking. It contains a definition of the concept of ‘human trafficking’ and which signs may help to identity victims of human trafficking, among other things. The guide also describes how UNE should follow up cases involving potential victims of human trafficking.
