Revocation cases
The waiting time for revocation cases is between 5 - 16 months
For the moment, the waiting time for revocation cases varies. Some cases we can consider after five months. In other cases, it can take up to sixteen months before you receive an answer.
When do we spend more time than normal?
In revocation cases, we sometimes need to obtain more documentation or information. This means that we may spend more time processing certain cases.
Which revocation cases are prioritised?
We prioritise revocation cases that are related to expulsion decisions. This means that if you have submitted an appeal against both a revocation decision and an expulsion decision, your case will be prioritised.
Waiting times may change
We will update the information on this page once a month.
